The Frisco Cobb Hill Homeowners Association Board of Directors cordially invites all Association members to
attend our 2024 Annual Membership Meeting, to be held at Texas Health Frisco, located at 12400 Dallas Pkwy,
Frisco, TX 75033. This notice will be distributed by email as well as located on the homeowner’s portal at
www.gotomyhoa.com. If you have not registered yet or need assistance, please contact our office. Sign-in
begins at 6:00 p.m.

Please plan to attend this Annual Membership Meeting. Even if you are planning to attend, we ask you to please complete the enclosed Proxy Form so the Association may ensure your attendance is recorded and meeting requirements are met. Quorum requirements for business to be conducted is 10% of the total membership, by person or proxy.

There will be three (3) open positions available on the Board of Directors for election at this meeting. If you are interested in running for the Board of Directors, please send an email to cphillips@bluehawkmgmt.net outlining why you are interested in running for the Board of Directors, your history with the community, a brief introduction of yourself as well as experiences that would be pertinent to Association objectives. This email will be recorded as your Candidacy Statement. Nominations will also be taken from the floor at the meeting.
