Helpful Tips:

  • Trash pick-up day is on Thursday. Bulk Trash pickup is the first Thursday of the month. Please call Environmental Services at 972-292-5900 to schedule a bulk trash pickup.

  • Yard Waste Collection: Place yard waste out per the usual guidelines on your regular trash day.  It will be picked up three days later.  Alternatives are to take your yard waste to the Custer Road Transfer Station or the City of Frisco Environmental Services.

  • Prior to making changes to your property, please file an ACC Request. Look at Forms & Docs to complete this online

  • This a reminder about parking larger trucks on the street overnight. Our streets are designed to allow for 1 regular-sized car to pass when 2 cars are parked on opposite sides of the street. Larger trucks make it harder to navigate and see, especially around curves or on corners. In addition, it makes it more difficult for emergency vehicles and the school bus! Just an FYI and reminder. The rule is below and is located in section 3.10 (ac) for reference.(ac) Trucks· Trucks having a carrying capacity in excess of 3/4 ton and any vehicles with printed advertisements shall not be permitted to park overnight on the streets, driveways, or otherwise within the Addition at any time, except those utilized by a builder during the construction of the Residences.

  • Want to know what is allowed and not allowed in our neighborhood? Check out our Governing Documents in the Forms & Docs section.

  • Meeting minutes for Board and Annual Meetings can be found in the Forms & Docs section under Meeting Minutes

Pet Owners:

Reminder to ALL Pet Owners: Pet Owners please be reminded that your pets MUST be on a leash when not on your property. It is a violation of the City of Frisco Animal Ordinance for pets to roam in an unrestrained manner. Pet owners are accountable for not properly restraining their pets. Leaving pet waste in public or private areas is also a violation of the city's animal ordinance. Please clean up after your pets. Anyone having issues with loose pets or pet owners that do not clean up pet waste should report concerns to Animal Control.

Contact the Animal Control Office during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., to report concerns at 972-292-5303. Emergency concerns should be reported by contacting Police Dispatch at 972-292-6010. If the animal-related concern occurs after business hours and is not an emergency, please leave a message on the Animal Control voicemail at 972-292-5303.

Excessive Barking: If speaking with your neighbor has not reduced the barking, the Animal Services Division at 972-292-5303 and the Frisco Police Department at 972-292-6010 may be contacted to assist. Animal Services staff respond to barking complaints during the day between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. After hours, the police will respond
